I had seen that you had mentioned Catherine as your platonic wife before, somewhere on this blog (it was in PUGs and Patches). And although I have never seen the expression 'platonic wife' elsewhere, I know the words 'platonic' and 'wife', so I can form myself some crude idea of what that means. Reminds me of a simple canon I learned in high school - 'Make new friends, but keep the old.
