I figured this time I would do “worst first dates,” though this one was bad more in the “I’m so mortified” way rather than the “oh my goodness that person was a total freakbag” way. A quick trip to the Saturday clinic revealed bronchitis (I swear I’m going to be the youngest person diagnosed with COPD one of [...] In defense of all telemarketers, *I* worked for the Podunk Police Dept. as a telemarketer selling Circus tickets…for $5.15/hr, from 5pm-9pm weeknights. It’s a terrible job and people are incredibly rude to you – cussing you out, threatening you and your family, etc. – because you won’t take “no” as an answer. They’re terrified there is some secret door in there, and you’ll abandon them when you go for a pee. However, when I logged in, I didn’t realize I had to retalent (n00b) and the game kept resetting/kicking me, so I gave up.
